ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

(1) Policy Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the standards for acceptable use of the services, systems, content, and community provided by Clinicopath LLC d/b/a Medical School Companion (“MSC”).
The purpose of this AUP is to:
- protect MSC’s intellectual property and proprietary content;
- ensure the integrity, security, and availability of MSC systems and services;
- promote a safe, professional, and respectful learning environment; and
- prevent misuse of MSC resources, including unauthorized distribution or exploitation.
(2) Policy Application
This AUP applies to all users of MSC services and systems, including but not limited to:
- Individuals who access or use the website drphiliptisdall.com;
- Registered members and subscribers to any MSC offerings;
- Participants in live lectures, recorded content, and community discussions;
- Users of any associated platforms, including services hosted via the MSC application and third-party platforms;
- Individuals on waitlists, email lists, or otherwise interacting with MSC communications;
- Any third parties, contractors, consultants, or collaborators granted access to MSC systems or content; and
- Any person accessing MSC content, whether on a temporary or ongoing basis.
(the “Covered Individuals”).
This AUP applies regardless of geographic location and remains in effect for the duration of access to MSC services, including during periods of inactivity or after cancellation of a subscription where access to any MSC systems or content remains available.
(3) Scope of MSC Systems and Resources
For purposes of this AUP, “MSC systems and resources” include, without limitation:
- Websites, applications, and digital platforms operated by or on behalf of MSC;
- Educational content, including lectures, recordings, written materials, diagrams, and discussions;
- Community platforms, forums, and communication channels;
- User accounts and authentication systems;
- Email communications and mailing lists; and
- Any infrastructure, software, or services used to deliver MSC offerings.
(4) General Use Standards
Covered Individuals shall use MSC systems and resources in a manner consistent with their intended educational purpose and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Without limiting the foregoing, Covered Individuals shall:
- Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others;
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials; and
- Refrain from any activity that could harm MSC, its users, or its operations.
(5) Prohibited Conduct
Covered Individuals shall not engage in any of the following conduct:
Unauthorized Use of Content
- copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying MSC content without authorization;
- recording live lectures, discussions, or sessions by any means;
- downloading, storing, or sharing content outside of authorized access; or
- sharing access credentials or otherwise enabling unauthorized users to access MSC services.
Commercial Exploitation
- selling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise monetizing MSC content;
- using MSC materials to create derivative works, competing products, or training programs; or
- using MSC content in any commercial or revenue-generating context without prior written consent.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Use Restrictions
- using MSC content to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
- scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from MSC systems; or
- aggregating or repackaging MSC content into datasets, prompts, or knowledge bases.
Community Misconduct
- harassing, threatening, or abusing other users;
- posting defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- disrupting discussions or interfering with the learning environment; or
- impersonating any individual or misrepresenting affiliation.
Security and System Abuse
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to MSC systems or accounts;
- circumventing or attempting to bypass security controls;
- introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code; or
- interfering with or disrupting system performance or availability.
Misuse of Services
- using MSC services for any unlawful purpose;
- using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; or
- engaging in excessive or abusive usage that degrades system performance.
(6) Monitoring and Enforcement
MSC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
- Monitor use of its systems and resources;
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP;
- Remove or restrict access to content or accounts; and
- Suspend or terminate access to MSC services.
Enforcement actions may be taken at MSC’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
(7) Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access;
- Removal of content or user contributions;
- Permanent account bans;
- Denial of future access to MSC services; and
- Legal action where applicable.
No refunds will be issued in connection with enforcement actions.
(8) Reporting Violations

(9) No Expectation of Continued Access
Access to MSC systems and services is a privilege, not a right. MSC may revoke or limit access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
(10) Policy Modifications
MSC reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of MSC services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
